Healthy Boundaries and Self-Respect go hand in hand. It is impossible to have respect for yourself if you are behaving in ways that are less than respectful. It is impossible to have respect for yourself if you are allowing someone or some situation to violate your Boundaries.
So, it begins with you and how you feel about yourself.
Healthy Boundaries means that you stop settling for less. It means that you raise the bar in how you are living your Life and accept FULL responsibility for:
who you choose to be
how you choose to behave
how you treat others
teaching people how you want to be treated and, as a result of all this,
the quality of your Life.
